🍻 Nissan Qashqai Key Id Not Recognised

I have tried changing the batteries in the Key fob and have taken it back into Nissan 3 times without any success in finding the fault ? Got home 20 minutes later, tried again with original key (spare key was placed out of range) and this time the original key was detected and car started.Has this happened to anyone else?
